 I have had the privilege of deeply listening to people's life stories for over 30 years. I have been a Zen practitioner for 25 years and bring that perspective to my counseling, providing a non-judgmental and curious approach to experience. Within that spaciousness, a kinder view of ourselves provides us with greater freedom. My counseling sessions have a gentle contemplative presence and are often flavored with warm lively laughter. I am happy to provide a free 15 minute session for us to meet.
