There are times when the pain of our habitual patterns motivates us to find a new approach to life. Through contemplative psychotherapy, you can use the very obstacles that you are experiencing as a key for discovering how to feel more deeply and see more clearly. You can learn how to cultivate a new way of responding to your life, just as it is.

I will work with you to transform your misconceptions into truths, your negative emotions into compassion, and your reactivity into skillful means. Our work together will be based on the stabilization of a mind that returns over and over again to the sanity found in the unbiased awareness of the present moment.

For you, it is important to select a skilled helper with whom you find a natural connection. I offer a free phone consultation to help establish your comfort level in setting up an initial meeting. In this meeting, you can determine if our work together seems comfortable and beneficial. Please feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
