Cindy PrattTo listen deeply to oneself requires a bit of trust, a little stillness. If one is too restless, confused, frightened or angry, getting back in touch with one's center can be difficult, but with the aid of an accepting and supportive guide, the contemplative process can restore peace and bring forth one's innate wisdom. My training in the workings of the mind and the mind/body/spirit continuum have provided me with some tools to assist others in their movement toward greater contentment.

My orientation is mostly psychodynamic and transpersonal, but also very down to earth and practical. I have practiced and taught yoga for many years, have a daily meditation practice and teach mindfulness based meditation. My compassionate companion, Sadie, occasionally joins me in the office. She is a nine year old Shetland Sheepdog and a wonderful listener.
