All of us need help from time to time to see ourselves more clearly, and to develop new ways of living fuller, deeply satisfying lives.
My focus is on improving how you perceive and navigate life's challenges, transitions, and relationships ~ with yourself, and with others. I have a special interest in interpersonal neurobiology, an integrativeapproach which cultivates mindful awareness. The practice of mindfulness is now being shown to stimulate the brain to grow new, more integrated circuits ~ and may be at the heart of well-being, including emotional balance and resilience, enhanced relationships, improved cardiac and immune function, and an enhanced sense of empathy, connectedness, and self-understanding.
I will work with you in a respectful, honest, and authentic way, integrating several different approaches, including mindfulness practices, to suit your individual needs.
