 I have found that it is very important to find a therapist who shares your outlook on life and values your spiritual beliefs. I bring 15+ years of experience of being both a therapist, and a student and practitioner of Buddhism.
In our work, I will honor your wisdom and inherent wholeness. Through compassionate listening and feedback, I create a space for confusion to be untangled, and explore together how best to apply the spiritual principles you believe in to your particular challenges, in order to live a life with more inner peace and meaning.
In my practice I see adults and can include other family members to facilitate improved communication. My experience includes working with relationship issues, grief, stress management, depression, life transitions, illness and disability. I am happy to work with you regardless of your ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. I speak English, Dutch and French.
